In my post Best Snap Circuits Kits I’ve already explained the main idea of any snap circuit. I’m pretty sure that you won’t be arguing that snap circuit is one of the easiest ways to learn about electricity and electronics.
Nowadays there are so many types of snap circuit kits available in the market. One of my favorites are snap circuit science kits. I would love to call them exploration, or STEM (STEAM) kits. I have fond memories playing and experimenting with the first snap circuit kits once they appeared on sale. Sometimes my 8-year old nephew joined me, and we both had lots of fun. It was great to see the guy getting into it and having a nice time learning physics and more!
Of course, most of these snap circuit science kits are educational and aimed for those who would like to understand the basics and main principles of electricity; learn fundamentals behind circuitry, magnetism; to know the role of the electrical circuits in running of everyday devices, and more. Isn’t it fun to build an enormous number of projects and learn at the same time? For me it’s the most easy and intelligible way to learn about serious stuff!

STEM stands for the following disciplines: Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics.
STEAM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics.
Both STEM and STEAM can be viewed as integrated approaches to learning.
